    These beads are of excellent quality. They are very well finished and the natural markings from the Olive wood, exceptional. I have bought 3 sizes of these beads for projects. The last purchase I received was the incorrect size, which can happen, we're only human. I contacted Michel to inform her of the mistake and was blown away by the response. The correct size beads were sent immediately by Express Post and I received them the next day. My projects were not delayed. Michel told me to keep the incorrect size beads which I will be using to make items I can pass onto a charity to benefit.
